New Agents – When new agents join Keller Williams Santa Monica, they enter their launch phase of a new career and are exposed to KWs’ powerfully supportive training and Coaching Program. The intensive program starts with 12 Ignite sessions which provides basic and advanced skills. It also includes private and group coaching and training sessions with Spencer Krull, the Productivity Coach to create their own personal plan of action. The emphasis is on increasing knowledge and skills and implementing essential real estate tools, including a buyer and seller presentation and methods of lead generation. Spencer is by the agents side every step of this journey so that they quickly gain experience and success.
Seasoned Agents, with more than 2 years of experience, often enter the Coaching Program to renew their knowledge, to develop more skills, to improve their systems and improve their mindset. Working with the Coach creates a level of responsibility and transparency that forces the agent to improve, increase and succeed.

As Productivity Coach and Training Director, Spencer Krull leverages his professional experience from both inside and outside the real estate industry. Having worked in marketing, as an agent, an associate manager and a broker of record, Spencer sees productivity coaching as the logical progression of his career. “I love teaching and coaching.
